You don't need our permission to go pumpkin crazy, even if it's the middle of summer! This fall-inspired pumpkin smoothie bowl by @vegamelon will have you digging out your favorite flannel any time of the year.

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas, frozen
  • 3/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tbsp nut/seed butter
  • 1/2 cup plant-based milk

Directions

  1. In a food processor, combine all the above ingredients and blend until creamy.
  2. Add toppings of your choice!
