Because our products are perishable, we’re unable to accept returns. That said, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or doesn’t meet expectations, please reach out to our Customer Care Team within 30 days of receiving it, and we’ll gladly review the issue.
Refunds and replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis. In some cases, we may request additional details, like photos or product info, to help us better understand what went wrong and find the best resolution for you.
