Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Bark

Frozen banana slices spread with peanut butter, dairy-free chocolate, and topped with Peanut Butter MacroBars®. After setting, the bark is broken into sweet, bite-sized pieces - perfect for snacking!

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas, slightly ripe
  • 1 1/2 cups dairy-free dark chocolate, chopped
  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter, creamy peanut butter
  • 1 Peanut Butter MacroBar®, torn into small pieces
  • 2 tbsp dairy-free chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp roasted peanuts, chopped

Directions

  1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice bananas into ½" thick rounds and arrange in on baking sheet, making sure all slices are touching, but not overlapping. Freeze until solid, about 2-3 hours.
  3. Once frozen, melt dark chocolate and peanut butter separately in the microwave using heat-safe bowls. Set aside.
  4. Remove bananas from freezer and spread ½ cup of melted peanut butter over top of.
  5. Immediately pour melted chocolate over peanut butter and bananas, using a spatula to spread evenly.
  6. Drizzle remaining ¼ cup melted peanut butter over chocolate layer, using a butter knife to swirl into a marbled pattern.
  7. Quickly sprinkle MacroBar pieces, chocolate chips, and chopped peanuts on top.
  8. Place back into freezer for 5-10 minutes, or until fully set. When ready to indulge, cut or break the bark into bite-sized pieces and enjoy!
