GoMacro Bar Ingredients Maintain Commitment to Transparency & Quality

Since our founding, one of GoMacro’s guiding principles has been our commitment to high-quality ingredients. We believe that food quality impacts health, happiness, and well-being, which is why our products are all Certified Organic, Vegan, Gluten-Free, Kosher, Non-GMO, C.L.E.A.N.​, R.A.W., and soy-free.

The US Food and Drug Administration recently announced that they are temporarily allowing food manufacturers to make small ingredient changes to products without having to make changes to the product’s label. While this step was intended to minimize supply chain disruption caused by COVID-19 ingredient shortages, making unannounced changes to ingredients goes against what we stand for as a company.

GoMacro is not including any ingredients not listed on our ingredient labels, and we have not made any changes to our MacroBar formulations related to COVID-19. We believe that everyone deserves full transparency when it comes to the foods they put in their body - especially when it comes to those with special dietary needs, allergies, and sensitivities. The integrity of our ingredients is central to our mission, and our customers have our word that we will not compromise the quality or transparency they’ve come to expect from GoMacro.
