Ingredients

  • 1 pineapple, halved and fruit removed
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk
  • 2 Granola + Coconut MacroBars, chopped, for topping
  • fresh fruit, for topping
  • coconut flakes, for topping

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine the banana, pineapple, frozen strawberries, and coconut milk. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the smoothie into the pineapple halves. Top each with Granola + Coconut MacroBars, fresh fruit, and coconut flakes. Enjoy!
