Coconut Banana Tarts

  1. Mold each Banana + Almond Butter MacroBar into the mini tart molds.
  2. Fill each mini tart with coconut yogurt. Place in the freezer while you make the caramelized bananas.
  3. Cut the banana into ¼” slices and arrange them on a plate. Sprinkle the granulated sugar onto the banana slices. Use a kitchen torch to caramelize the sugar until golden.
  4. Remove the mini tarts from the molds. Top each of them with caramelized banana slices, and drizzle with maple syrup.
