Cookie Dough Smoothie

This vegan Cookie Dough Smoothie recipe from @purelykaylie is for fans of our Kids Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough MacroBar. However, you definitely don't have to be a kid to enjoy this yummy treat!

Ingredients

Smoothie Ingredients:

  • 2 bananas, frozen
  • 1/3 cup gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups cashew milk

Cookie Dough Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup cashew butter
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Combine the cookie dough ingredients (minus the chocolate chips) in a bowl. Mix together, then fold in the chocolate chips.
  2. Combine all smoothie ingredients and half of the cookie dough in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour smoothie into glasses. Sprinkle the remaining cookie dough on top. Enjoy!
