This vegan Cookie Dough Smoothie recipe from @purelykaylie is for fans of our Kids Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough MacroBar. However, you definitely don't have to be a kid to enjoy this yummy treat!
Ingredients
Smoothie Ingredients:
- 2 bananas, frozen
- 1/3 cup gluten-free rolled oats
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups cashew milk
Cookie Dough Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup cashew butter
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp chocolate chips
Directions
- Combine the cookie dough ingredients (minus the chocolate chips) in a bowl. Mix together, then fold in the chocolate chips.
- Combine all smoothie ingredients and half of the cookie dough in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour smoothie into glasses. Sprinkle the remaining cookie dough on top. Enjoy!
