The Subscribe to Save auto-ship program is a convenient way for you to get the products you want delivered to you on a regular schedule. There is never an obligation to continue. You can cancel any Subscribe to Save auto-ship orders if you no longer wish to receive future shipments. Changes to orders can be made anytime up to 24 hours before the scheduled order shipment date.
Signing up for Subscribe to Save auto-ship is easy. Simply select the Subscribe to Save option and the frequency you want to have products delivered. Then check out as you normally would.
You can suspend Subscribe to Save auto-ship orders at any time. To suspend future deliveries simply log in to your account at www.gomacro.com/shop/my-account and click the “Suspend” link next to the order number. When you are ready to reactivate the subscription simply log in to your account and click the “Reactivate” button.
To request a change to your future delivery date please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your request.
You can change the email address for future emails by logging into your account on www.gomacro.com/shop/my-account and editing your Account Details.
You can change your shipping address for future Subscribe to Save auto-ship orders. To change the shipping address for an order simply log in to your account at www.gomacro.com/shop/my-account and go to the the current shipping address listed at the bottom of the page. Click the “Edit” link to change the shipping address.
Future deliveries will be based on the selected delivery frequency and the original order date. You may view both by logging in to your account at www.gomacro.com/shop/my-account and viewing “Recent Orders.”
