Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 2 handfuls spinach or kale
- 1 kiwi, peeled
- 2 tbsp coconut flakes
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp spirulina, optional
- 3/4 cup coconut milk or plant-based milk
- Granola + Coconut MacroBar, chopped, optional topping
- coconut flakes, optional topping
- gluten-free granola, optional topping
- gluten-free oats, optional topping
- walnuts, optional topping
- kiwi fruit, optional topping
- berries, optional topping
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend ingredients until smooth and creamy.
3. Transfer smoothie to a bowl.
4. Add any toppings of your choosing. Enjoy!
