- 4 Peanut Butter MacroBars, halved
- 4 oz dairy-free chocolate, melted
- peanut butter, for drizzling
- peanuts, crushed, topping
- flaky sea salt, for sprinkling
Directions
1. Cut each Peanut Butter MacroBar in half. Roll each half into a ball, then place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
2. Roughly chop half of the chocolate and place in a small heat-proof bowl. Place the bowl over a small pot of simmering water. Stir the chocolate frequently until fully melted.
3. Meanwhile, finely chop the remaining chocolate.
4. Once the first half of the chocolate has melted, turn the heat off. With the bowl still over the pot of water, stir in the finely chopped chocolate until fully melted.
5. Use a toothpick to dip each ball into the chocolate, then place back on the baking sheet to set. To set the chocolate quickly, place in the fridge for about 10-15 minutes.
