Berry Crisp

When you're craving a scrumptious dessert, a freshly baked cobbler is sure to hit the spot. The combo of sweet berries and crunchy buttery topping will make whether or not to go back for seconds the easiest decision you'll make all day.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, topping
- 3/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats, topping
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, topping
- 1/4 tsp salt, topping
- 4 tbsp unsalted plant-based butter, room temp, topping
- 1 Cherries + Berries MacroBar®, cut into small pieces, topping
- 1 lb cherries, frozen, filling
- 1 lb cranberries, frozen, filling
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar, filling
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, filling
- 1/4 cup cornstarch, filling
- 1/2 tsp salt, filling
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract, filling
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
3. Add the cubed plant-based butter and toss to coat. Rub the mixture between your fingers until it resembles wet sand and there are no visible pieces of butter left.
4. Mix the MacroBar pieces into the mixture. Cover the bowl and place in the fridge until ready to use.
5. In a large bowl, combine the cherries, cranberries, sugars, cornstarch, salt, and vanilla.
6. Pour the berry filling into a 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle the topping evenly over the filling.
7. Place the dish on a baking sheet, and bake for about 45 minutes or until the juices are bubbling over.
8. Allow the cobbler to cool for a few minutes, then top with plant-based vanilla ice cream and enjoy!
