Coconut Banana Tarts

Impress your friends with these yummy Coconut Banana Tarts that only look like you spent hours in the kitchen. They're as simple as they are delicious!

Ingredients

  • 3 Banana + Almond Butter MacroBars
  • 3/4 cup coconut yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • maple syrup, for drizzling

Directions

1. Mold each Banana + Almond Butter MacroBar into the mini tart molds.
2. Fill each mini tart with coconut yogurt. Place in the freezer while you make the caramelized bananas.
3. Cut the banana into ¼” slices and arrange them on a plate. Sprinkle the granulated sugar onto the banana slices. Use a kitchen torch to caramelize the sugar until golden.
4. Remove the mini tarts from the molds. Top each of them with caramelized banana slices, and drizzle with maple syrup.
