Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp nut/seed butter
  • 2 servings vegan chocolate protein powder
  • 1 1/2 cups plant-based milk
  • sweetener, to taste
  • strawberries, or fruit of your choice for topping
  • puffed millet, topping
  • 2 Double Chocolate + Peanut Butter Chips MacroBar, chopped, topping

Directions

1. Combine all the chia pudding ingredients in a large jar and place in the fridge for 4 hours to set. After the first hour, stir the mixture to break up chia seeds at the bottom.
2. To serve, layer the chia pudding with strawberries, puffed millet, and chopped Double Chocolate + Peanut Butter Chips MacroBar. You can add any of your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
